Shipping Policy

WLP Wholesale uses a quote system to generate accurate shipping quotes per order.  Once your account has been activated, you can place a request for a order by checking out.  We will send back a order form with a confirmed shipping cost.  At that time you can check out.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect shipment upon arrival.  If you notice any damage, please ensure the trucking company or courier is aware of the damage, and make sure to sign for it.  Document all signs of damage or proof of damage with cell images and be sure to contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged product.  We will require a email with all images and description of a damaged shipment.  

Warranty

Please contact us in regards to product warranty.  In some cases, the manufacturer may require online registration and warranty claims to be directed to the manufacturer and not WLP wholesale.

Return Policy

If we have a approved return of product, the customer is responsible for return freight.  Please contact us to for information on shipping returns prior to returning any product.
